USA Today managed to nab a few new pics for the upcoming film Guardians of the Galaxy, and while I’ll admit to initially being a little wary of a film that includes a tree monster and a badass talking raccoon, these images are pretty awesome. See below the cut for more.

Is it just me, or is Chris Pratt looking REAL GOOD here?

Guardians of the Galaxy is set for an August 1st premier date.
