We excitedly tweeted last week during Philadelphia Comic Con that Agent Carter is coming back for a second season of butt-kicking, sassy, vulnerable goodness. At the ABC upfronts this morning in NYC, it was announced that Peggy will be gracing our screens in a new local come 2016.

This season will air exactly like the last one did, during the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. hiatus in the 9PM on Tuesday night time slot. However, our favorite super spy is changing coasts. As per ABC’s press release:

Dedicated to the fight against new atomic age threats in the wake of World War II, Peggy must now journey from New York City to Los Angeles for her most dangerous assignment yet. But even as she discovers new friends, a new home — and perhaps even a new love — she’s about to find out that the bright lights of the post-war Hollywood mask a more sinister threat to everyone she is sworn to protect.

This brought up a bunch of questions I won’t ask because I am sure many of us have thought them. Let’s just wait and see what Team Peggy does.
