We don’t give the CW’s Arrow nearly as much love as we should anymore. To be honest that mostly has to do with the fact that they don’t put the previous season of their shows on Netflix till the week before the new season drops, AND the fact that all their superhero shows are so entrenched in one another that you HAVE to watch them all and it gets pretty overwhelming.  But that’s besides the point. Today we were giving some exciting new Arrow news involving an addition to the cast. Click below for more.

It was announced earlier today that Lexa Doig will be joining the Season 5 cast of Arrow in the series recurring  role of Talia al Ghul.

For those of you unfamiliar with DC Comics, Talia is the daughter of Ra’s al Ghul, and on again off again lover/enemy of Batman. Thalia and Batman have a son together, Damian Wayne, who is the current Robin in the comic book universe.To be honest I’m surprised it has taken this long to see her, as we were introduced to both her father and sister Nyssa in back in season 3.

Lexa Doing is no stranger to the supernatural/scifi world having previously appeared on such shows as Flash Gordon, Andromeda, Stargate:-SG1 and The 4400.
