We’ve been bitten by the Live show bug. On Monday night we went live on Facebook and BOTH on Our Instagram account @allgeektomeradio AND Cate’s cosplay page @Starbuck_Cosplay . The full show is now available on our Facebook page, we’ve included the link to the show and a bunch of bonus links, just because we love you so.
Hey Geek, after a mess of life changes, we are BACK! What better way to come back than with a May the 4th Live show. We had a bit of a hiccup and were unable to get the show on Facebook LIVE, but we did appear on BOTH on Our Instagram account @allgeektomeradio AND Cate’s cosplay page @Starbuck_Cosplay . Only problem is once you stream something on Instagram Live it is lost in the ether never to be seen again.
Unless you are SUPER crafty and also record your session, and we are nothing if not SUPER crafty. The full show is now available on our YouTube channel, and also embedded below the cut with a bunch of bonus links.
Halloween is probably my favorite holiday, I mean come on it is a holiday which sanctions the over abundance of candy, pumpkin flavored goodies AND getting to play dress up, what’s not to love? I am personally celebrating what I like to call “Hallo-week” b/c why should Halloween only last a day. It was almost by accident that I happened to see the notice for FOX’s Sleepy Hollow-een, many thanks to Orlando Jones for putting out the tweet that jolted me into action. Click below for more.

With the impending release of Thor: The Dark World on November 8th, we thought it would be fun to revisit (or in Cate’s case, actually watch) the 2011 movie Thor, and we want all of you to join in the experience.
We will be viewing the movie on Wednesday November 6th, starting at 9:30pm EST. We will be live tweeting with fun facts, reactions, trivia and assorted Marvel geekery, so make sure you are following us on twitter at @AllGeek2MeRadio to join in on the fun.

The time has come, to reveal the list for the First Annual Official It’s all Geek to Me Radio NYCC Scavenger Hunt!*
RULES
The rules are simple, below is a list of items you need to find at NYCC 2013. To make things easier all items on the list are digital, meaning that all you need to submit is a photo of it to us. Easy peasy right? Each item on the list has been categorized into a point level, different items are worth different amounts of points, based on the level of difficulty we, your lovely hosts Cate & Em, have perceived them to be. Collect as many items as you can and submit the pictures of them, as well as your name, and twitter handle to us at Itsallgeektomeradio@gmail.com by 11:59pm EST on Sunday, 10/13, for your chance to win. Once we have all the contest entries we will tally the scores and announce the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners on the air on 10/20. Yup that’s right, there will be THREE winners.

What’s a contest without prizes right? Here over at It’s All Geek to Me Radio we believe that hard work should be rewarded. Here’s where you gotta trust us a little bit. So this year Nerd HQ is hosting a Serenity viewing at Petco Park, with Nathan Fillion and Alan Tyduk, which let’s be honest, sounds EPIC.
However, as fabulous as Nerd HQ is about streaming their Conversations for a Cause panels live, so those of us not in attendance can share in the joy, we here at It’s All Geek To Me, doubt they will be streaming the film.
Being as we are both big Firefly/Serenity fans, we decided not to let that spoil the fun. We are going have our own little viewing, and you are all invited.
We will be showing simultaneously with the Nerd HQ viewing, so for those of you on the East Coast that’s 12am (late Saturday night/Sunday morning).
